This is a federally funded low-income residential energy efficiency program. Households at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines or households participating in HEAP, OWF, or SSI qualify for this program.
We Can Do The Following:
· Insulation in attic, sidewalls, & floors · Duct Insulation · Replacement of heating system &/or hot water tank · Broken glass replacement · Door replacement
We Cannot Do The Following:
· Storm Windows · Total Window Replacement · Siding · Roofs · Storm Doors
Landlord must sign a rental agreement granting permission prior to work beginning on a home.
Proof of income for the past 90 days for all household members must be provided for application to be processed.
Applications are available at Ross County Community Action located at 603 Central Center in Chillicothe.
