As the caretaker your income or employment status will NOT be counted against you when determining eligibility. ELI is a full-day full-year program and is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We currently have 3 classrooms - 2 are located at the new Child Development Center on the Ohio University-Chillicothe campus, and 1 is located at the Carver Community Center.
